The Ultimate James Bond Collection

In March 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against several entertainment companies for allegedly falsely advertising that The Ultimate James Bond Collection (a boxed set of James Bond films on DVD) contains all of the James Bond films when the set is actually missing two Bond films — Casino Royale and Never Say Never Again. The lawsuit was transferred to federal court in April 2017. (Johnson et al v. MGM Holdings Inc. et al, Case No. 17-cv-541, W. D. WA.)
