Ulta Time-Limited Promotions
Allegations: Falsely advertising when promotions end
Multiple class-action lawsuits filed in 2025 allege that Ulta falsely advertises “free” gifts without adequately disclosing that consumers must make a minimum purchase to receive them. Some of the lawsuits also allege that the retailer falsely advertises pricing discounts. More information on the lawsuits is below.
