June 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against U.S. Airways for allegedly misrepresenting the price of airline tickets. Among other things, the complaint alleges that the airline induces consumers to attempt to purchase airline tickets by advertising tickets at a lower price than the airline would actually sell them.
