FDA warns Amazon about its distribution of products illegally marketed as drugs.
In May 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against TZUMI Electronics for allegedly misleading consumers about the amount of power that its power banks have to transfer to electronic devices by representing that the milliampere-hours (mAh) of power banks is higher than it actually is. (Talley et al v. TZUMI Electronics LLC, Case No. 20-cv-4074, S.D.N.Y.)
