Trader Joe’s Vitamin E Oil

In January 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Trader Joe’s for allegedly misleadingly representing that its Vitamin E Oil contains only vitamin E oil when, according to plaintiffs, the product is actually a blend of several oils and contains mostly soybean oil. The lawsuit was originally filed in state court and was transferred to federal court in February 2018. (Cesta et al v. Trader Joe’s Co., Case No. 18-cv-895, C.D. Cal.)
