TINA.org discovers some roadblocks to unlocking this purportedly free offer.
In June 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Citgo Petroleum and Orscheln Farm and Home for allegedly misleadingly marketing that tractor hydraulic fluids – including Premium 303 Tractor Hydraulic and Transmission Fluid and Mile Master 303 Tractor Hydraulic Fluid – meet certain 303 manufacturer specifications when, according to the complaint, the 303 designation is obsolete and the specifications have not been available for over 40 years.
