Tillamook Vanilla Greek Yogurt
In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Tillamook County Creamery Association for allegedly misleadingly marketing that vanilla is the exclusive flavoring ingredient in Tillamook Lowfat Greek Yogurt when, according the complaint, the ingredients list shows that the yogurt contains more “Natural Flavor” than “Vanilla Beans.” Plaintiffs also claim that the vanilla beans in the yogurt are “exhausted” and do not add any flavor. (Angeles et al v. Tillamook County Creamery Association, Case No. 20-cv-1764, S.D.N.Y.)
