In February 2013, a federal court approved a settlement between Ticketmaster and consumers who filed a class-action lawsuit against it 2009. The lawsuit alleges that Ticketmaster tricked consumers into buying more expensive tickets by re-directing them to another website, www.ticketsnow.com, where tickets were sold at prices higher than face value.
