October 2015: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Iovate Health Sciences U.S.A. Inc. for allegedly deceptively packaging MuscleTech and Six Star Protein products, including Nitro-Tech, Micellar Whey, 100% Casein, Six Star, and Platinum 100% Iso-Whey and Whey products.
