In November 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Henry Thayer Company for allegedly falsely advertising THAYERS® Natural Remedies products – including deodorants, facial mists, and other products – as natural when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain synthetic and chemical ingredients. (Early et al v. Henry Thayer Company, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-1678, E.D. Mo.)
