In November 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Henry Thayer Company for allegedly falsely advertising THAYERS® Natural Remedies products – including deodorants, facial mists, and other products – as natural when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain synthetic and chemical ingredients.
