March 2016: Claims against Citizens Bank were dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled. because plaintiffs inadvertently named Citizens Bank as a defendant.

September 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against several defendants alleging, among other things, that TelexFree operated a pyramid scheme and deceptively represented that it paid members for placing advertisements for a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) product when, in reality, members were paid to recruit other members.
