CATrends: Fake Discounts on Fitness Products

November 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Talk Fusion, a company offering video-conferencing technology. According to the complaint, the company operates a pyramid scheme disguised as an MLM, and deceptively advertises the company as providing its distributors with financial prosperity when, in reality, it is rare for members to earn any income at all.
