January 2016: This lawsuit was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled.. The reasons for the dismissal have not yet been disclosed.
December 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against SunWarrior for allegedly misleadingly labeling dietary supplements, including Warrior Blend – Raw Vegan Protein – as “Made in the USA” when they actually contain foreign ingredients. (Radashkevich et al v. Sun Brothers, LLC d/b/a SunWarrior, Case No. 15-cv-2887, S. D. CA.)
