May 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Terra’s Kitchen – a company that sells subscriptions for ready-made meals – for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of its automatic renewal and continuous service offers resulting in consumers being charged without their consent. (Lopez et al v. Terra’s Kitchen, LLC, Case No. 18-cv-842, S.D. Cal.)
