March 2020: This case was dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled..

June 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Time, Inc. and Meredith Corp. for allegedly failing to adequately present the terms of subscriptions to People magazine resulting in consumers being charged without their consent. (Hall et al v. Time, Inc. and Meredith Corp., Case No. 19-cv-1153, C.D. Cal.)
