July 2019: This case was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

May 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against JHB Companies for allegedly failing to adequately present the terms of subscriptions for boxes of beauty products and fashion accessories on www.singlesswag.com resulting in consumers being charged without their consent. (Rivera et al v. JHB Companies LLC, Case No. 19-cv-4311, C.D. Cal.)
