March 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Société Air France and Air France for allegedly falsely representing that seats in the Premium Economy cabin provide travelers with 40% more space than seats in the economy cabin when, according to plaintiffs, such claims are not true. (Hakimi et al v. Société Air France, S.A. and Air France KLM, Case No. 18-cv-1387, N. D. CA.)
