January 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Small Planet Foods alleging that the company misleadingly markets snacks – including Cheddar Tortilla Chips, Multigrain Tortilla Chips, Barbeque Sweet Potato Kettle Chips, and Brown Rice Crackers – as “all natural” when they actually contain unnatural, synthetic ingredients.
