June 2022: The Court preliminarily approved a settlement agreement. For more information, go to http://www.boohoocapricingsettlement.com/.

May 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against PrettyLittleThing.com for allegedly deceptively advertising discounts on clothing, accessories, and other items sold on its website by representing that consumers are getting a specific percentage discount off of an artificially inflated reference price to make them think they are getting a discount. Plaintiffs also claim that the company’s website misleadingly represents that discounts are for a limited time when, according to the complaint, the sales run on most days. (Hilton et al v. PrettyLittleThing.com USA Inc. and Boohoo Group PLC, Case No. 20-cv-4658, C.D. Cal.)
