Sales at Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Stores
June 2018: This case was transferred to federal court. (Case No. 18-cv-1373, S.D. Cal.)
April 2018: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against PVH Retail Stores for allegedly misleadingly advertising pricing discounts at Tommy Hilfiger outlet stores by comparing a sale price to a false original price when, according to plaintiffs, the original price was artificially inflated and the merchandise was never sold for the original price. The complaint was originally filed in April 2018 and amended in May 2018. (Olmedo et al v. PVH Retail Stores, LLC, Case No. 2018-19565, California Superior Court – San Diego County)
