Specifically, plaintiffs allege that the company advertises the crisps as “all natural” or having “no artificial ingredients” when, in reality, they contain unnatural, synthetic, and artificial ingredients. Later that month, a federal judge dismissed this action When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled. finding that the Court lacked subject-matter jurisdiction.
