Class Action

Redstone Federal Credit Union

In May 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Redstone Federal Credit Union for allegedly misleadingly representing that it only charges overdraft or non-sufficient funds fees on transactions if there is not enough money to cover a transaction when, according to plaintiffs, the credit union charges overdraft fees on transactions that do not overdraw an account. (Leslie et al v. Redstone Federal Credit Union, Case No. 20-cv-629, N.D. Ala.)
