September 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against SFC Global Supply Chain for allegedly falsely advertising Red Baron Brick Oven Pizzas as having “Preservative Free Crust” and containing “No Artificial Flavors” when, according to plaintiffs, the pizzas contain preservatives and synthetic flavors.
