In October 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Protalus for allegedly misleadingly marketing that Protalus Insoles are guaranteed to provide lasting pain relief from a variety of injuries and conditions – including neuropathy, plantar fasciitis, back pain, heel spurs, diabetic foot, high arches, blisters, heel pain, hammer toes, and swelling – when, according to plaintiffs, the insoles do not provide the advertised benefits.
