August 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Primitive Survivors for allegedly failing to disclose that consumers who respond to “risk-free” or “free” offers – such as offers for a free headlamp for completing an online survey – will be automatically enrolled in the continuous service subscription program Survivors Club resulting in consumers being charged without their consent.
