Price of Larabars at Whole Foods

In November 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Whole Foods for allegedly advertising the price of Larabar health bars as $1 when, according to plaintiffs, customers are charged $1.29 for the bars. The lawsuit was transferred to federal court in December 2017. (Alston et al v. Whole Foods Market Group, Case No. 17-cv-2580, D.D.C.)
