The NBA superstar isn’t just cashing endorsement checks.
In January 2014 a federal judge preliminarily approved a settlement to a class-action lawsuit against Telebrands for, among other things, allegedly misleadingly labeling and advertising the Pocket Hose. According to the settlement terms, class members with proof of purchase may receive a refund of up to $20. For more information, go to www.hosesettlement.com. (Arreguin et al v.
