In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Peter Thomas Roth for allegedly falsely marketing that its Rose Stem Cell products improve and repair human skin and that its Water Drench products provide hydration for up to 72 hours when, according to the complaint, the products are not capable of delivering the promised results.
