December 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Peloton Interactive for allegedly deceptively advertising that consumers who subscribe to its fitness library get access to an “ever-growing library of live and on-demand studio classes” when, according to the complaint, Peloton removed more than half of the classes in its library due to alleged copyright infringements.
