In February 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Town Sports International (TSI) for allegedly misrepresenting that a Passport Membership provides customers with “all access” to use any of its gyms at any time when, according to plaintiffs, customers with a Passport Membership are denied access to the “Elite” and “Flagship” TSI gyms. (Pisarri et al v. Town Sports International, LLC et al, Case No. 18-cv-1737, S.D.N.Y.)
