June 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against The Sun Products Corp. for allegedly deceptively packaging all® liquid laundry detergent products to make it appear that consumers are getting more detergent than they actually are. According to the complaint, the detergent comes in non-transparent plastic bottles with up to 17% empty space. (Williams et al v. The Sun Products Corp., Case No. 16-cv-4470, S. D. NY.)
