That bag is slack filled.ed packaging for Hot Tamales and Mike and Ike candy. According to the complaint, boxes of Hot Tamales candy have 35% empty space and boxes of Mike and Ike candy have 34% empty space. (White et al v. Just Born, Inc., Case No. 17-cv-4025, W. D. MO.)
