March 2015: A class-action lawsuit, which was filed in March 2015 and transferred to federal court in May 2015, alleges that Organo Gold markets its products containing Ganoderma Lucidum (a mushroom commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine) as a healthier alternative to other brands without adequately warning consumers of the dangerous side effects.
