TINA.org Tells DOT: Don’t Muddy Airline Pricing

In February 2021, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Orgain, LLC for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the flavoring ingredient in Orgain Organic Protein Almondmilk is vanilla when, according to the complaint, the flavor comes from unspecified “natural flavors.” (Patenaude et al v. Orgain, LLC, Case No. 21-cv-40018, D. Mass.)
