March 2016: This lawsuit was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled.. The reasons for the dismissal have not yet been disclosed.

December 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Kiss My Face, LLC for allegedly falsely marketing Obsessively Natural Kids Toothpaste as “100% Natural” when it actually contains non-natural, chemically-processed ingredients. (Troncoso et al v. Kiss My Face, LLC, Case No. 15-cv-9514, S. D. NY.)
