Nuts ‘N More White Chocolate Peanut Spread
In November 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Nuts ‘N More for allegedly deceptively marketing that its White Chocolate Peanut Spread contains white chocolate when, according to plaintiffs, the product does not contain real white chocolate, as defined by the FDA.
