NOW’s Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator
In July 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Now Health Group for allegedly deceptively marketing its Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator as having the ability to detoxify and rejuvenate the liver when, according to the complaint, the product cannot provide such benefits. The complaint also alleges that the product is a drug that is not approved by the FDA. (Lau et al v. Now Health Group, Inc., Case No. 17-cv-3992, E. D. NY.)
