2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Reckitt Benckiser LLC for allegedly falsely advertising Move Free glucosamine supplements as providing joint health benefits, when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients in the supplements do not benefit joint health. The complaint was originally filed in June and amended in August. (Yamagata et al v. Reckitt Benckiser LLC, Case No. 17-cv-3529, N.D. Cal.)
