Skull Shaver’s Early Bird Sale

In May 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed alleging that Alle Processing Corp. puts inaccurate nutrition information on the labels of Mon Cuisine frozen meals. Plaintiffs allege that the label falsely claims that the meals contain 10 ounces of food when, according to the complaint, the containers really have 40 ounces of food in them. The complaint also claims that the frozen meals have more calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, and carbohydrates than represented on the product label. (Naiman et al v. Alle Processing Corp., Case No. 20-cv-963, D. Ariz.)
