July 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Wellness and Health, LLC for allegedly deceptively marketing its Max Detox pills, a weight-loss dietary supplement. Plaintiffs claim that the company misleadingly advertises the weight-loss supplement in a number of ways, including:
