In February 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Target for allegedly misleadingly representing that the main ingredient in Market Pantry Graham Crackers is graham flour (a coarse, whole grain flour) when, according to the plaintiffs, the main ingredient is refined, white flour. Plaintiffs also claim that Target misleadingly represents that Honey Graham Crackers are sweetened with “real honey” when, according to the complaint, the crackers contain more sugar than honey. (Jamison et al v. Target Corp., Case No. 19-cv-650, E.D.N.Y.)
