(a company that provides users with remote access to their computers) for, among other things, allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of its automatic renewal or continuous service offers, as well as changes to the price and information about how to cancel services, and, as a result, charged consumers without their consent. (Stoker et al v. LogMeIn, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-1258, C. D. CA.)
