(a company providing Internet marketing and search engine optimization services) for, among other things, allegedly falsely representing that it is a Google certified company and misleadingly guaranteeing that its websites appear on the first page of search results for Google, Yahoo, and Bing when, in reality, the company is not certified by Google and does not have the ability to guarantee a spot on the first page of search results.
