October 2013: A class action complaint was filed against Living Harvest Foods Inc. alleging that the company misrepresents that its products – Tempt Hempmilk – Original, Tempt Hempmilk – Vanilla, and Tempt Hempmilk – Chocolate – contain “evaporated cane juice” when they really contain sugar.
