Class Action

Lifeway Kefir ProBoost

A May 2012 class action alleges that Lifeway Foods falsely markets the health benefits of its ProBoost Kefir products.  According to the lawsuit, “Lifeway’s ProBoost products are not clinically proven to be effective for the benefits Lifeway represents in its media and advertising of the ProBoost products.”  (Keatley, et al. v.
