In October 2013, a class action complaint was filed against Lenovo Inc. for allegedly deceiving consumers in its marketing materials for the Lenovo IdeaPad U Series Ultrabook notebook computer. (Wheeler et al v. Lenovo Inc., Case No. 13-0007150, Superior Court for the District of Columbia).
