January 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Doris Inc. and Gildan Activewear (marketers of Kushyfoot® socks, tights, and hosiery) for allegedly misleadingly marketing Sheer Knee High Socks, Microfiber Crew Socks, Shaping Tights, Rib Tights, and other Kushyfoot® products.
