June 2017: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

April 2017: Another class-action lawsuit was filed against Kiss My Face for allegedly falsely marketing sunscreens, body washes, and body lotions as being “natural” when they actually contain artificial and synthetic ingredients. (Ikeda et al v. Kiss My Face, LLC and Does 1-25, Case No. 17-cv-751, C. D. CA.)
