Among other things, plaintiffs allege that InfiniteLabs markets the product as “testosterone boosting” and “muscle building” without any scientific evidence to support such claims. (Dabish et al. v. InfiniteLabs, LLC, Case No. 13-cv-2048, S. D. CA.).
